the hotel location felt CONVENIENT. it was very close to coral island. i found it near the town centre. the staff were friendly. the room was on the top floor. it had a great view. the room had a basin and a kitchen worktop. there was a wardrobe with tv and microwave.
the room window did not close completely, a DRAFF came through.

the staff were approachable and nice, A great feature. the check-in process was efficient, PROVIDING a good heater already switched on. i felt welcomed upon my arrival after the long journey

the staff was fantastic! it was nice that the location was decent, very central to everything i wanted to see. the room was clean, i really liked that. everything was set up for a comfortable short stay!
no security features were present, so easily just bump the room door open... i asked to leave suitcases on the last day, i was told no problem leave in the room and keep the key to come back. then suitcases were left on the stairs, twice.

The price was good. the location proved advantageous with coral island nearby, placing me close to the town center and key spots. the staff was friendly. They helped a lot. the room on the top floor gave an excellent view of the tower.
there was a very slight issue with the bathroom door.

The room lacked heating. I had to request a heater, but it didn't adequately warm the room. the shared toilet had a broken door, so i couldn't lock it. It was quite unsettling.
